

Guys, it sucks for me to tell my users " hey sorry, wait a day or so and it will resolve itself" but in all seriousness and jokes aside, this is what i am able to truthfully tell them. Same problem continues to happen every few weeks for the same people.

not being able to do this and having numerous servers avaliable, i installed print management on one, installed the latest driver, though the version again shows 8 instead of 16. SO, i was advised to remove all drivers for these/this model and reinstall the latest up to date driver (16). I have looked at the driver version and date on the website and says "5.650" though when i install it, i see ".3536". the next day, resolved and i havent touch it. Tomorrow he will have a 1 page at a time issue. Ronnie has a 426 and prints from a PCL6 driver no problem. I have 25 HP 402 and 10 or so 426 which is the same device basically, with the added scanner on top.
